Teletherapy was a necessity during the COVID pandemic and has become a more normalized option. Although office-based therapy has its benefits, having the choice allows more consistency when things pop up. Many individuals enjoy the flexibility of hybrid scheduling to accommodate their busy lives. Others, due to geographical location or accessibility prefer the convenience of online therapy.

Payment is due at time of service where Cash, Check, and Debit/Credit/FSA Cards are accepted. I am happy to provide a receipt that you can send into your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.
